Members of the worldwide Best Western family are expected to fulfill the following criteria:

• Your hotel cannot belong to any other marketing organization or hotel group.
• Your hotel must comply with international 3-star standards or higher.
• Your hotel must meet the international minimum standards for Best Western hotels.
• Your hotel must switch its GDS connection to Best Western upon commencement of membership.
• Your hotel commits itself to comply with Best Western branding specifications.
