Special Hygiene & Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19
Check in / Check out: The regulations issued by the federal government also apply here. The minimum distance of 1.50m must be observed. Marked areas on the floor serve as an aid. Upon arrival, our guests are asked to disinfect their hands and to use a medical mouth-nose protection. Housekeeping: There is no room cleaning during the stay. This serves to protect the guest as well as our staff. Should cleaning of the room still be desired, our guests are asked to express their wish at the reception by 6:00 p.m. the day before. The individual room cleaning then takes place the following day. Bar: Staying at the bar counter is only for ordering and handing out drinks. In the connected smoking lounge, max. 2 people are allowed at the same time. For security reasons, we do not provide a beverage service for the seating in the lobby. However, staying there is expressly permitted. Miscellaneous: Hygiene dispensers with disinfectant foam are available at the reception and in front of the restaurant. The use is expressly requested, our staff is obliged to inform our guest about these hygiene measures. There is no general mask requirement as long as the minimum distance of 1.50m is observed. If minimum distance can not be kept, the mask is mandatory for guests and staff. Our service staff have to wear a mask, our guests have to remain seated in the breakfast restaurant, as we do not offer a breakfast buffet.
Individual Hotel Information Regarding COVID-19
Special features of the breakfast buffet: When booking, or alternatively upon arrival, you can choose to take part in our rich breakfast buffet for a maximum of 45 minutes. During the week, the time windows start as follows: 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. At the weekend the breakfast buffet starts as follows: 07:00, 08:00, 09:00 and 10:00. With this regulation, we offer our guests the best level of security and freedom in equal measure, so there is no overcrowding in the breakfast restaurant. Provisional regulation for warning level 2: 2G regulation from November 26th, 2021 + All guests arriving after 26. November 2021 have to be vaccinated or have recovered. + There is a provisional rule for guests who are already accommodated in accommodation establishments: These guests are allowed to continue their stay with a daily test. To deal with people who, for medical or other verifiable reasons, cannot be vaccinated at 2G: At 2G, people who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons require, in addition to a negative test certificate, a medical certificate stating that they cannot be vaccinated, Section 3 (5) c) Corona Ordinance. The same applies to pregnant women, since the 27. September 2021. A vaccination recommendation from the STIKO for pregnant women from the second trimester is in place. If these requirements are not met, access under 2G is not permitted for these persons.
