Virtual events

At the Best Western Plus Palatin Kongresshotel in Wiesloch near Heidelberg, events can be streamed live - from the stage directly to the computer screen. Hybrid events are also possible, with participants able to "walk" virtually into the event room. The first live streaming events have already taken place with local artists. The first was the Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra, which recorded part of the Haydn cycle for a CD series on the stage of the Palatin. The audience was there live on their screens.

Streaming in the Live Meeting Room

The Live Meeting Room in the conference center "Castanea Forum" of the Best Western Premier Castanea Resort Hotel Lüneburg offers all technical requirements for professional online meetings & streamings. Whether conferences, lectures, webinars, talk shows or even trainings and yoga classes - everything is possible here. Two studios are available, the technology is located in an additional, separate room. The hotel team can respond to requests at short notice and set up online meetings quickly. The Live Meeting Room can be booked by the day or by the week.

Hybrid Studio & Think Tank

A new hybrid studio including video conferencing technology is now available at the Best Western Hotel Das Donners in Cuxhaven. Included are an integrated video soundbar, Polycom Acoustic Fence and NoiseBlock, group frame settings and filtering out the active speaker with a 4k Ultra HD recording. The Ideenschmiede I + II event space in the hotel, with its innovative interior, provides the perfect location for a hybrid studio that can be used by the hour or for multi-day events. An interactive display with clickshare system is additionally available for presentations, active work or atmospheric backgrounds or changing logos.
