The hotel is quietly located and close to the city center of Coburg. The city center with all places of interests, the imposing Schlossplatz and the historic market place are reachable within a few minutes. The in and outdoor pool Aquaria is directly located by the hotel. The city bus line 3 will take you directly to the hotel. The train station is only 900 meters away.

Directions by car

Leave the A 73 at the junction Rödental, Sonneberg, Neustadt, Dörfles-Esbach and turn left on the ST2202. Follow the road for 500 m then you pass Dörfles-Esbach. Continue straight on Neustadter Straße. Follow the road for approx. 2 km and then turn left into Rosenauer Straße. Follow the road for approx. 1.5 km and turn left. After 2 km on the left side you will find the Best Western Blankenburg Hotel. Leave the Bundesstraße 4 on the direction of Coburg Centrum / car parks. Go straight ahead past the parking garages Zinkenwehr, Mauer and Post. After the parking garage Post, turn right at the next traffic light. You pass the Bahnhofsstraße / Rosenauer Straße. After approx. 700 m you will reach your destination Best Western Blankenburg Hotel on the right side.
